Winter Event

One thing I love about living here is the winter.
The threat of any inclement weather sends our news stations into a tizzy.
Dusting of snow in the forecast?
TOP NEWS STORY! Jesse Jones at the scene!

On a side note, weekend was good. After a series of fights with the GF on Fri, we got back to what we do best Sat-Mon. These activities include walking around, poking fun at folks, and generally having a great time. We hit the Market on Sunday. Fucking loaded with tourists. We bought some hot sauce to add to the collection and then settled in for a spot of lunch. Not a bad weekend.

I'm actually hoping it does snow. I've got an Audi which should do damage to any bad road conditions. I'll think of more cool shit to type later on I suppose.

First one

This blog probably will suck. Actually, I'm certain it will.
Why am I writing this?
I suppose it could be a way to get out some of my thoughts.
I have a pretty tame life actually.
I work for the Green Machine. There's prob one in your 'hood complete with assorted douchebaggery and drinks with funny names. When you order yours and it ain't right, you call where I work. I build schedules for those poor souls you might talk to. I also forecast headcount. WHHHEEEEE, fun!
I live with my GF, 2 cats and a Puggle named Sir Charles Barkley (more on him later).
I'm from Seattle.
Not relocated to Seattle, but actually from here. I'm not sure how long that will last either. It seems that this place is a hotbed or mecca for folks from CA, MA, NY, TX. Why? Why do these folks want to come here? What is so special about this place to others?
Shitty traffic: Check
Shitty transit: Check
Shitty overpriced housing: Check
I grew up in the ever gentrifying neighborhood called the Central District. Subsequently this area has been carved up in many smaller neighborhoods by the new inhabitants. Silly names like "Upper Madison" are the norm. Whatever.
I'll try and update this thing as often as possible.
Mostly with articles, pictures and stories that I find interesting.

Oh, and don't worry PETA; that puppy didn't get molested.
